1. Using Sendly
Sendly lets you upload files and share them via a temporary link. By using the service, you confirm that you have the right to share the files you upload and that they don't break any laws or infringe on anyone else's rights.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use Sendly to distribute malware, illegal content, or material that infringes copyright. We may remove transfers and suspend access if we believe the service is being misused.
3. File retention
Free transfers expire after 7 days and are then permanently deleted. Pro transfers follow the expiry window you set. We don't keep copies after expiry.
4. Liability
Sendly is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for lost files or downtime. Always keep a backup of important work.
5. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
