Do I need an account to send files?+

No — free transfers up to 2 GB only need an email verification. We send a one-time code to confirm it's really you, then your link goes out.

How long are files stored for?+

Free transfers expire after 7 days. On Pro you can set anything between 1 and 365 days. Once a transfer expires, the files are permanently deleted from our storage.

What's the maximum file size?+

2 GB per transfer on Free, 200 GB per transfer on Pro. You can include as many individual files in a transfer as you like, up to that total size.

Can I password-protect a transfer?+

Yes — password protection is a Pro feature. Add a password when you create the transfer and recipients will need it to download.

How does Creator Clubhouse SSO work?+

If you're already signed in to Creator Clubhouse you'll arrive at Sendly already logged in. Eligible Clubhouse tiers unlock Pro automatically — no extra subscription needed.

Is my data secure?+

Files are stored privately and only accessible via signed download links. Pro transfers can additionally be password-protected. We delete files automatically once a transfer expires.
